Enterprise search and content strategy across major retail, fashion, and consumer brands.
Role and remit
Enterprise search and content strategy across major retail, fashion, and consumer brands.
At Publicis Sapient, I worked across major retail, fashion, and consumer-brand engagements, translating organic search, paid-search demand, social listening, audience research, and content-performance signals into scalable enterprise content systems. The work required collaboration across strategy, creative, analytics, technology, and client teams — not isolated SEO recommendations.
The shared challenge. Large organizations with fragmented data, complex content operations, multiple stakeholders, and extensive web estates.

Enterprise content strategy at SapientNitro
At SapientNitro, I connected organic and paid search demand, social listening and audience research with content planning across retail, fashion and consumer brands. I applied and scaled the agency’s Content Topography approach; I did not invent it.
JCPenney work used search-demand and audience signals to prioritize ecommerce content and optimization opportunities. Ralph Lauren, MCM Worldwide and Unilever provide further examples of enterprise brand contexts, with their supported scope described in the linked engagement records.
Strategy, creative, analytics, technology and client teams all shaped what could be delivered. I learned to make the recommendation useful across that broader group rather than treating an SEO report as the finished work.
Making demand visible across fragmented signals
Google’s encrypted signed-in search began withholding individual organic queries from receiving websites in 2011. By my agency years, incomplete attribution reinforced a practical question: how could a team understand demand without relying on one keyword report?
At SapientNitro / Publicis Sapient, I applied and scaled the agency’s Content Topography approach, bringing organic and paid search, social and audience signals into content discussions. I did not invent the framework. My contribution was adapting the analysis and helping enterprise teams use it to prioritize work.
