Search & AI discovery your team can act on.

Bring the buyer question, visibility gap, or specific constraint. I help growth teams establish the evidence, choose the most useful next change, and put it into action alongside their existing team or agency.

Enterprise search experience.
Applied to AI discovery.

SEO, answer engine optimization (AEO), and generative engine optimization (GEO) share a practical question: can the right buyer find, understand, and act on what you offer?

Start with the decision

What does your team need to solve?

A useful starting project does not have to become a retainer.

Where should we focus?

Baseline & opportunity

Map priority buyer questions to your pages, inspect search and AI answers, and identify the constraints worth addressing.

You leave withA dated baseline, a prioritized action plan, and implementation-ready briefs.

We know something is wrong.

Focused problem-solving

Investigate a specific visibility, content, crawlability, or measurement issue. Start with the problem, not a mandatory full-site audit.

You leave withA diagnosis, a focused change or specification, and clear acceptance checks.

What changed, and what now?

Monitoring & decisions

Track an agreed set of buyer questions and sources over time. Review brand mentions, citations, answer accuracy, and observable referrals.

You leave withA repeatable readout: what changed, what is uncertain, and what to do next.

Did our changes help?

Measurement & experiments

Define success before release. Choose a practical comparison, check the data, and separate observed movement from an effect we can support.

You leave withA measurement plan and an evidence-based decision to continue, revise, or stop.

The working method

Not another audit left on a shelf.

Every priority needs evidence, an owner, and a way to check the work.

  1. Define

One buyer, market, and business decision.

  2. Inspect

Questions, answers, pages, and available analytics.

  3. Prioritize

The most useful change your team can make.

  4. Deliver

A named owner and explicit acceptance checks.

  5. Learn

Verify the release, review results, choose what is next.

What might change on the site?

A clearer high-intent page. Better product evidence and answers to buyer questions. More useful internal links. A repair to rendering or crawl access. A cleaner conversion handoff. The diagnosis determines the work; more content is not the default answer.

I work with your marketing, content, product, engineering, or agency owners. Hands-on implementation, publishing, and ongoing support are agreed separately, with reusable briefs and team enablement where useful.

Visibility is a signal, not the finish line

Measure what the evidence can support.

Discovery
Can the intended information be accessed? Where is the brand mentioned or cited across the sampled questions?
Response
Which identifiable referrals reach the site, and what actions do those visitors take?
Business value
Which inquiries qualify and progress, where reliable analytics and authorized CRM data support the connection?

These are separate measures, not a fully observed buyer journey. A sampled question panel is not all AI demand. Rankings, citations, and revenue are not guaranteed.

Before we begin

Do we need a new platform?

I start with your existing tools and useful exports. Google Search Console and GA4 are preferred; a narrower public-source baseline is possible when direct access is unavailable.

Can you work with our existing team or agency?

Yes. We agree responsibilities and the handoff before work begins. The aim is to make their next decision and implementation clearer, not duplicate an existing engagement.

What access will you need?

Only the data relevant to the agreed question, using the minimum practical read-only access or exports. Implementation permissions are separate. Do not send credentials or confidential customer records by email; we agree secure access and handling during onboarding.

What should search be doing
for your business?

Tell me your website, who you need to reach, and the question your team is trying to answer. A short introduction is enough.
